Anti-Fraud Notice
Dear Customer,
We will never request your bank account details, credit card information, or other financial information via phone calls or text messages under any circumstances. We will also never ask you to visit a bank in person or operate an ATM through such communications.
If you receive suspicious calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not follow instructions from unknown sources. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately or call Taiwan’s 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline for verification.
Please be cautious if you receive calls with prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, or other unfamiliar international numbers. Fraudsters may disguise themselves as representatives of companies, banks, or government agencies by manipulating caller IDs.
Do not click on unknown links, suspicious text messages, or friend requests from unfamiliar LINE accounts.
Common scam tactics include claims such as “duplicate orders” or “incorrect installment payment settings”, followed by requests for you to operate online banking or ATM transactions. If the call involves banking matters, please contact your bank directly. If the caller asks you to operate your account or provide personal information, please refuse immediately to reduce the risk of fraud.
To further protect your information security, please:
Regularly update your passwords
Use strong passwords combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers
Avoid entering account credentials on public computers
Thank you for your attention and stay safe.
